4. AI Processing

We use AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to analyse incoming SMS messages from your customers. The AI determines whether a message is a service request, extracts relevant information, and generates replies. SMS content is processed in real-time and stored in our database to maintain conversation history. AI processing is performed solely to provide the service you have subscribed to.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third-party processors:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (EU/US servers).
  • Twilio: SMS messaging services.
  • Anthropic: AI message analysis.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Vercel: Website hosting.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
