1. Agreement

By accessing or using LeadRadar (www.leadradar.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

LeadRadar is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered customer management for local service businesses. The service includes SMS automation, job request management, scheduling, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
  • One company account per business.

4. Subscription Plans

  • Free: Limited features, up to 10 requests per month, 1 user.
  • Pro (£29/month): AI SMS assistant, unlimited requests, dedicated phone number, up to 3 users.
  • Pro+ (£49/month): Everything in Pro plus WhatsApp, email integration, unlimited users, priority support.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. SMS and AI Usage

  • LeadRadar provides a dedicated phone number for receiving customer SMS messages.
  • AI processes incoming messages to identify service requests and generate appropriate replies.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile which guides AI behaviour.
  • AI-generated replies are sent on behalf of your business. You are responsible for reviewing and managing job requests created by AI.
  • SMS messaging costs are included in your subscription plan within reasonable usage limits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • Send unsolicited marketing messages through the SMS system.
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limitations or abuse the service.
  • Share your account with unauthorised users.
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the service.

7. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership over any customer data, messages, or business information you provide. You grant us a licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeadRadar is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
